Yes, we offer a free 15-minute consultation.

Self-referral form will need to be completed which is on the website.

Once we have received a referral, a member of our team will schedule for your free
consultation to discuss the referral and options of assessments.

Depending on the assessment, our price packages are discussed within your
consultation.

Yes, a initial 20% of the assessment cost is taken to start the process.

Once all relevant paperwork is completed and returned, we offer an appointment
within 7-10 working days.

We offer virtual appointments and also Face-to-face, depending on yours and your
child’s needs. Depending on the type of assessment, Face-to-face appointments may
be required.

Our dedicated team will answer any questions or queries you may have, during your
journey with Minds Matter Clinic.

We work with children from the age of 5 years old to 16.5 years old.

We will consider an overview of the questionnaires/forms sent in from Parents,
Schools and also take in consideration of the assessments with the Child and Young
person. A multi-disciplinary team meeting will be held to discuss the overall outcome
of the assessment/diagnosis.

If your child meets medication involvement, Your child can be assessed at Minds
Matter Clinic by our Consultants who can prescribe, titrate the correct dose and pass
it on to your GP for future prescriptions if needed.

The report is an official credited diagnosis which will be recognised by your local
Children’s Mental Health service, School and GP.

The report is recognised and used as part of a Educational Plan.
